Product description

Relay for remote temperature control via GSM.
SIMply MAX P03 relay with built-in GSM communicator serves as a two-state temperature controller with the ability to remotely manage temperatures via cell phone.

It performs simple functions of notification of temperature exceedances and allows ON/OFF control of a connected additional device. User phone numbers, temperatures and alarms, and other functions are set using a PC configuration program. Connection to the relay via USB cable.

Operation
The relay operates in the GSM 900/1800 mobile communication network of any operator operating in Poland (no SIMLOCK). The device must have an active SIM card in order to make calls and perform the set functions. The relay has a relay output for the temperature control function, a relay output for the on/off function of the connected device, and a high-voltage input through which the function of notification of tripping the connected device is realized. Parameter settings of the relay are made using a PC configuration program or via SMS commands. Commands and notifications are specific SMS texts exchanged between the controller and the user's phone.

* possibility to turn the alarm function on/off (ON/OFF)
* option of repeated SMS in case of permanent temperature above the threshold lasting more than set number of minutes
4. Anti-freeze temperature
* possibility to enable/disable anti-freeze function (ON/OFF)
* activated function works despite inactive temperature control
5. Output WY
* output control - 2 separate operating modes: SMS/ALARM:
SMS:
- output controlled directly by SMS commands
- redefinition of the output name, e.g. WY=lamp
- control ON / OFF / and temporary activation of the output
ALARM:
- contact assigned to temperature alarms
- exceeding of the threshold forces the contact action: ON / pulse
- option ON: contact is switched on above alarm threshold, contact is switched off after falling below hysteresis
- option impulse: contact is switched on temporarily for the set number of seconds after the threshold is exceeded
- oN / pulse options set separately for minimum and maximum alarm
* redefinition of the output name, e.g. WY=SWIATLO
6. EC input
* selection of SMS message triggering options:
ON - appearance of signal;
OFF - disappearance of the signal;
ON/OFF - signal fading and signal appearance
* zone tripping notifications are sent to 5 phone numbers
* redefinition of zone name, e.g. WE=NAPAD

P03 Config
The program consists of a configurator window and a "phonebook" file.
The "phonebook" file stores a list of phone numbers and their descriptions.

The program works with a PC running Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.

Notes on SIM cards
P03 relay SIM card:
* recommended to use a SIM card with a tariff so-called telemetry/m2m. Ask at the GSM operator!
* make the first activation of the SIM card of the controller on any phone of the user (send an SMS or make a voice call)
* clear the inbox memory
* in the case of ordinary tariff (not telemetric), it is recommended to disable any additional operator services assigned to the SIM card, such as free SMS notifications, voicemail, operator IVR voice menu for free notifications, etc.
* the first SIM startup on the relay may take up to several minutes. This is due to the registration of an unknown device model and finding the correct system configuration by the operator.

SIM of the user's phone:
* SMS input mode should be set as TEXT (not UNICODE)! By default, GSM operators set TEXT mode. If the relay ignores SMS, check the settings and change to the correct one.
