Return policy

At our company, we value your trust, and we strive to make every interaction with us as transparent and satisfactory as possible. We understand that when you shop online, the purchases sometimes do not meet your expectations. That's why we want you to be sure, that when required, you can count on our support and clearly defined procedures.
Your right to cancel the agreement - 30 days to make your decision. We believe in the quality of our products and we make sure to describe them correctly. Nevertheless, if in any case the product does not meet your epxectation you have as far as 30 days to make the decision to return the goods. During that time, you can properly assess them, and decide whether you want to return or keep them.
Return proceedure - step by step

1. Withdrawal notice: If you make the decision to proceed with a return, you have to let us know within 30 days from receiving the goods. You can do this by contacting us by e-mail or telephone.

2. Cost of return: Return of the goods happens at your own expense, unless you were not informed about that when you made the purchase. In that case, we can cover the shipping costs.

3. Return form: To accelerate the return proccess, download, fill out and attach a return from to the package. It is avalible in PDF and DOC formats.

4. Packaging and shipment: Pack it carefully, preferably in it's original packaging.

5. Next, send the package to a dedicated address:

Please remember, to avoid using any adhesive tape on the original packaging.

6. Return of the funds: After receiving and checking the goods, we will refund the payment. This process can take up to 14 days. Depending on your chosen payment method, the funds will be transfered to your bank account or by PayByLink web service.

Condition of the goods: The returned product cannot bear any signs of use or be damaged. If it has visible signs of use, we may claim compensation.

Note: According to the 2015 Consumer Rights Act, the right to withdraw from and agreement made off-premises or by distance, does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods which are not prefabricated, produced according to consumer's specifications or made specifically to meet his personalized demands. In our shop's offer, such products are cut-to-measure cables and wires.
