Product description
Adjustable tripping power 1-10kW. With voltage relay function.
Power limiter OM-633 is used to automatically disconnect the power supply of an electrical installation circuit when the set value of the power consumed by the consumers in this circuit is exceeded, and to control the voltage of the power supply to this consumer and protect it from the effects of voltage increase or decrease beyond the set values.

Operation
MOC
The power limiter allows the circuit to be energized when the total power of the consumers in the controlled circuit is lower than that set on the limiter scale. Exceeding the set threshold of power consumption in the controlled circuit causes disconnection of power supply to this circuit after a user-set time. The power supply will be resumed automatically after the set time. If the value of the consumed power is still higher than the set time, the power supply to the circuit will be disconnected again.
Automatic disconnection will also take place in case of power consumption 8 times higher than the set threshold and in case of power consumption higher than 16 kW. The limiter is locked for 30 s.
VOLTAGE UL / UH
User-settable lower (UL) and upper (UH) voltage thresholds determine the so-called voltage window, within the limits of which changes in the supply voltage can occur without tripping the contact. At the correct supply voltage, the limiter contact remains closed. A change in supply voltage above or below the set voltage thresholds will open the contact. Reconnection of the relay contact will occur automatically in the event of a permanent change of voltage value by 5V in relation to the set threshold values UH (-5 V) and UL (+5 V).
Cto tripping counter
This function controls the number of consecutive trips of the limiter. If the set counter value is reached, the arrester disconnects the power supply permanently (no automatic return). Re-triggering of the system after manual reset of the arrester. By default (parameter 0), the arrester is set to lockout for 10 minutes after 5 consecutive disconnections. The counter accrued value is reset to zero if the arrester is permanently operated for more than 10 minutes.
Attention!
The power limiter should not be used in systems with electronic ignition (energy-saving fluorescent lamps), switching power supplies and other devices generating harmonics from 3 upwards.
