Product description
Current intensity transmitter with MODBUS RTU output. Single-phase 5A AC. for cooperation with current transformer.
Transmitter MB-1I-1 is designed for AC or DC current measurement and data exchange via RS-485 port in accordance with MODBUS RTU protocol.
Operation
The module is adapted to work with a current transformer with a secondary current of 5 A.
The module continuously measures the current flowing through the measuring input. Reading of the measured current intensity value and setting of all communication parameters is carried out via RS-485 port using MODBUS RTU communication protocol. Activation of power supply voltage is signaled by the lighting of the green U LED. Correct data exchange between the module and the other device is signaled by the illumination of the yellow LED Tx.
The transmitter measures the rms value of the current TrueRMS, which guarantees high measurement accuracy even with distorted waveforms.
Reset of communication settings
A code switch is available under the facade of the module.

MB Config
The program allows test reading of values and setting of communication and configuration parameters of the transmitter.
Communication of the transmitter with a PC using the WE-1800-BT USB converter.
