LE-03M 3-phase energy consumption meter with data transmission F&F

LE-03M is a static (electronic) calibrated electricity meter. It is used for indication and recording of consumed electricity with the possibility of data transmission through a wired network of RS-485 standard in accordance with Modbus RTU. Thanks to the data transmission, it is possible to remotely read the parameters and states of the meter through the Internet network on a PC.

Operation
The LE-03M meter, under the influence of flowing current and applied voltage, precisely measures the amount of electricity consumed by each phase. The energy consumption in a phase is indicated by blinking of the corresponding LED (800 imp/kWh). The sum of the energy consumed by the three phases is converted into the total energy consumed by the three-phase system, and its value is indicated by the LCD display. The digit after the decimal indicates decimal parts of kWh (0.1 kWh = 100 Wh).
Communication with the indicator working as a SLAVE device is carried out in accordance with the Modbus RTU standard through the RS-485 serial port. The read values of the registers after conversion give the result in kWh in accordance with the indications on the display of the current meter. Each indicator is identified by a unique address assigned by the user.

Note:
Current consumption meter LE-03M has a pulse output SO+ - SO-. This allows connecting another pulse reading device (SO) generated by the meter. The connection of an additional device is not required for proper operation of the electricity meter.
The indicator has the ability to seal the covers of the input and output terminals, making it impossible to make a bypass of the meter.
