GSM remote control relay (CLIP) gate control SIMply MAX P02, F&F
- GSM remote control relay (CLIP) gate control SIMply MAX P02, F&F
SIMply MAX P02
SIMply MAX P02
Gate control (CLIP).
MAX P02 relay with built-in GSM communicator is used for remote opening of automatic entry gates, garage doors, barriers and wickets using a cell phone.
It is used for facilities with protected access and a large number of users with entry privileges, such as housing estates, garages, public and company parking lots, etc. Eliminates traditional control from radio remote controls and the costs associated with their purchase for a large number of users.
Operation
The relay works in the GSM 900/1800 mobile communication network of any operator operating in Poland (no simlock). In order for it to make calls and perform the set functions it must have an active SIM card.
The relay has two controllable contacts, through which impulses are sent to the gate controller or the gate bolt. Both outputs operate in parallel, but with arbitrary contact closure times (pulses). Through the relay contact, a control signal is given to the pulse input of the gate controller.
The control itself is done at no cost. The user initiates a standard call to the number of the controller. The controller identifies the number and automatically rejects the call while activating the outputs (CLIP dial-in function). In addition, it is possible to drive the outputs using control buttons connected to the inputs of the relay. The relay has a choice of operating options: manual or automatic closing (auto-off). In automatic mode, the relay, after activation of the output by the user, itself activates it again after a specified time to close the gate.
User telephone numbers and pulse and auto-close times are set using the PC configuration program (P02 Config).
Features
* cost-free control on the user side (CLIP dial-in function)
* two parallel relay outputs
* possibility to set different output activation times for each output separately
* two pulse inputs allowing manual activation of outputs with connected external buttons
* automatic shutdown function after a specified time
* pC configuration program
* authorization of 500 user numbers
* remote addition and removal of numbers via SMS commands
P02 Config
The program consists of a configurator window and a "phonebook" file.
The "phonebook" file stores a list of phone numbers and their descriptions.
The program works with a PC running Windows 2000, Windows NT, Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 10.
Notes on SIM cards
P02 relay SIM card:
* recommended to use a SIM card with a tariff so-called telemetry/m2m. Ask at the GSM operator!
* the first activation of the SIM card of the controller should be made on any user's phone (send an SMS or make a voice call)
* we recommend clearing the memory of the inbox;
*deactivate the PIN access code. If the PIN code is active, the relay will not log on to the operator's network and this will prevent communication. Deactivate the PIN code using any cell phone.
* for regular tariff (not telemetry) it is recommended to deactivate any additional operator services assigned to the SIM card, e.g. free SMS notifications, voicemail, operator IVR voice menu for free notifications, etc.
* the first SIM startup on the relay may take up to several minutes. This is due to the registration of an unknown device model and finding the correct system configuration by the operator
SIM of the user's phone:
* SMS input mode should be set as TEXT (not UNICODE)! By default, GSM operators set TEXT mode. If the relay ignores SMS, check the settings and change to the correct one.
