The ability to wirelessly read and save the timer configuration via an Android phone equipped with an NFC communication module.
Operation
The PCZ-528.3 timer controller can operate in one of three operating modes:
" Automatic mode
Operation in automatic mode involves automatic processing of all programs stored in the controller's memory.
" Semi-automatic mode
Semi-automatic mode means temporary interruption of automatic mode operation and the possibility of manually switching the relay contact to the opposite position. Clock operation in the semi-automatic mode
semi-automatic mode is signaled by blinking of the clock face on the controller's display. Operation in semi-automatic mode is interrupted upon activation of the next
work program, after which the controller returns to work in automatic mode.
" Manual mode
In manual mode, the list of programs stored in the controller's memory is ignored, and switching on/off is performed manually by the user.
In manual mode, the relay status can be changed by briefly pressing the +/- button on the controller's facade or an external button connected to the timer's control input.
Timer functions
- 256 relay on/off programs;
- Each program can be executed in one of the seven date intervals defined in the annual cycle;
- Ability to enter up to 32 holidays and select which programs will be executed on holidays;
- For each of the work programs, it can be independently determined whether the program will be executed on an hourly cycle (fixed hour and minute) or an astronomical cycle (linked to the position of the sun relative to the horizon);
- For each astronomical program, the on/off offset relative to the selected astronomical point can be set independently (e.g., turn on one hour before sunset, turn off two hours after dusk);
- For each program, you can freely choose on which days of the week it will be executed;
- Ability to program the timer with the free PCZ Konfigurator mobile app using the NFC* short-range radio communication mechanism;
- Ability to secure the timer settings with a PIN code;
- Advanced timer for measuring the time the receiver is switched on:
- on the current day and month;
- monthly, over the last 12 months;
- total from the moment the timer is first started.
- Auxiliary, erasable, operating time counter;
- Possibility of limiting the receiver's total switch-on time (up to a maximum of 99999 hours);
- Control input for connecting an external push button;
- Backlit LCD display with adjustable brightness level and contrast;
- Replaceable 2032 type battery to keep the timer running during power failure**.
* Remote programming requires an Android phone with built-in NFC communication support and the free PCZ Configurator app installed (downloadable from the Google Play store). The range of NFC communication is limited to a few centimeters, so direct
application of the phone to the clock is required to transfer the configuration from the application tothe clock.
** In case of power failure, the internal battery only supports the operation of the internal clock in such a way that the current time and date will not bepiła lost. In the absence of power, all external functions of the clock, such as display or relay - remain disabled.
