Product description
The MB-PT-100 transmitter is designed to measure temperature with an external PT-100 temperature sensor and exchange data via RS-485 port according to MODBUS RTU protocol.
Operation
The module performs continuous temperature measurement by means of an external sensor. Reading the values of recorded temperatures, setting all measurement parameters, communication and data exchange are carried out through RS-485 port using MODBUS RTU communication protocol. Switching on the power supply voltage is signaled by the lighting of the green U LED. Correct data exchange between the module and the other device is signaled by the illumination of the yellow LED Tx.
The module works with a 3-wire temperature sensor type PT-100.
Dedicated temperature probe made by F&F: RT-56 probe. Probe available separately.
MB Config
The program allows test reading of values and setting of communication and configuration parameters of the transmitter.
Communication of the transmitter with PC by means of USB converter WE-1800-BT.
