Roller shutter controller STR-3D 230V for DIN rail F&F
Product description
Roller shutter controller for 230V drives, mounting on DIN rail 35 mm.
Controller STR-3D is designed to control external window blinds, shutters, display blinds or other objects - driven by a single-phase AC electric motor by means of momentary (e.g. bell) switches.
In the case of blinds, it controls not only their movement "up and down", but also allows you to adjust the angle of the slats.
Operation
The shutter control device can operate as a stand-alone controller (designed to open/close one shutter). It is also possible to combine controllers into groups, which allows central control of multiple roller shutters. The shutter motor is activated by momentarily applying N signal to one of the control inputs. The motor is switched on for a user-programmed time, allowing the roller shutter to be fully raised or lowered. Power supply to the roller shutter control device is signaled by the lighting of the green U LED. The operation of the motor and the direction of movement of the roller shutter, is signaled by the lighting of the corresponding red LED or . It is possible to stop the running roller shutter at the level selected by the user (incomplete opening or closing of the roller shutter).
Control
The control inputs of the roller shutter control device are divided into two groups: local control and central control.
Local control
Depending on the connection method, the roller shut ter control device can operate in one or two local buttons mode.
TWO LOCAL BUTTONS
Each direction of movement has its own local button. When pressed briefly (<0.5 s), it activates the roller shutter to move in the preset direction for a programmed period of time. If the roller shutter is already in motion when the button is pressed, it will be stopped.
If the button is pressed for a long time (>0.5 s), the roller shutter will be activated for movement in the preset direction for the whole time the button is pressed (the function makes it possible, for example, to adjust the slope of the slats).
ONE LOCAL BUTTON
Local control input Bottom is permanently connected to line N. A button is connected to the Up local control input, which alternately turns the roller shutter on one way or the other. Briefly pressing the button (<0.5 s) turns on the roller shut ter for the programmed time. If the roller shutter is already in motion when the button is pressed, it will be stopped. A long press of the button (>0.5 s) activates the roller shutter for the time the button is pressed.
Each subsequent press of the button will start the roller shutter in the opposite direction to the previous one.
Central control
The roller shutter control device always works with two central control inputs.
Central control allows you to switch on the roller shutters for movement only in the selected direction. The shutter will stop only after the programmed time has elapsed, or after pressing any local control button.
If a central command with the opposite direction is given during the execution of the central control command, the roller shutter will be stopped first and then, after a break of 1.5s, the motor will start to work in the opposite direction.
The time of switching on the roller shutter in the central control can be randomly delayed (by a maximum of 1 s) - this serves to minimize the current surge in the network in case of simultaneous activation of multiple controllers.
The Central-Down button has an additional function for closing and locking the roller shutter in the closed position. If the Central-Down button is pressed and left in the ON position, the controller will close the roller shutter and will not allow it to open until the Central-Down button is released (operation of the other inputs will then be blocked). This function makes it possible to lock the roller shutters in case of, for example: arming the alarm, detecting rainfall (after using additional rain sensor STR-R) or too strong wind (after using additional wind sensor STR-W).
Functions
- local and central control
- universal one- or two-button control
- operation of 230V drives
- interlock function
permanent signal on the input Central Bottom prevents control of all buttons
until signal is removed* cooperation with external rain and wind sensors and with
alarm control panels
-direction memory
for local and central control. If the controller executes the command Central -
up, the next press of the local button will start the roller shutter downward
-asynchronous start time of roller shutter activation in central control is randomly delayed
(by a maximum of 1s) in order to minimize the current surge in the network in case of simultaneous
activation of multiple drives
-low standby power consumption (<0.15W)
-wide supply voltage range 100÷265V AC
