Time relay PCS-516 DUO F&F
Product description
Timing relays are used for time control in industrial and home automation systems (e.g.: ventilation, heating, lighting, signaling, etc.).
Operation
The relay performs the selected work function according to the set time regime. The selection of a specific time range and the relay's operation function is based on setting the appropriate combination of rotary code switches.
Work functions
DELAYED SWITCHING ON
When the supply voltage is applied (green LED U is lit), the output remains open and the set operation time "t" is measured. After the time "t" is measured, the output is switched on (red LED lit). Re-execution of the relay operation mode is possible after disconnecting the supply voltage and switching it on again.
DELAYED DEACTIVATION
Until the relay is switched on, the output remains open. When the supply voltage is applied (green LED is lit), the output will be closed
and the set operation time "t" is measured (red LED lit). Re-execution of the relay operation mode is possible after disconnecting the supply voltage and switching it on again.
DELAYED SWITCHING - CYCLIC
The operation mode of delayed switching realized cyclically in equal intervals of the set operation time and interval.
DELAYED SWITCH-OFF - CYCLIC
The mode of operation of delayed switch-off realized cyclically in equal intervals of the set operating time and interval.
Generating a pulse of 0.5 s after the preset time "t".
Generation of a single pulse at time "t" with a rising edge of the START signal. During timing, the system does not respond to START pulses.
Generation of a single pulse at time "t" on the falling edge of the START signal. During timing, the system does not respond to START pulses.
Delay at shutdown with the possibility of sustaining. The rising edge of the START signal causes the relay to turn on, while the falling edge causes the start of timing. Administering the START signal during the timekeeping results in extending the cycle for another time "t" with a falling edge.
Generation of a single 0.5 s pulse after time "t" triggered by the falling edge of the START signal.
Switching off the relay for the specified time "t" with the rising edge of the START signal. During the timing, the system does not respond to the START signal.
Attention!
* Applying RESET voltage during the execution of the function causes:
- for functions A, B, C, D, F realization of the operation mode from the beginning.
- for functions F, G, H, I relay returns to initial state and waits for START signal.
- for function K permanent switching of the relay contact in position 11-12.
* Setting the rotary switch of the time range in position:
* When the power is on, the system does not respond to a change in the time range setting.
* Operation with the newly set time range occurs after the power is turned off and on again.
* When the power is turned on, smooth adjustment of the time within the set time range is possible.
