Operation
The lower (U1) and upper (U2) voltage thresholds are set with potentiometers. This is the so-called voltage window, within the limits of which changes in the supply voltage can occur without triggering the relay. The correct voltage of the receiver is signaled by the illumination of the yellow LED (contact position 7-10). The change of the supply voltage above or below the set voltage thresholds will cause the relay to trip (the contact is switched to the 7-12 position). Voltage drop below the set value of U1 is indicated by the lighting of the red LED (U1). An increase in voltage above the set value of U2 is signaled by the illumination of the red LED (U2). Re-switching of the relay contact will occur automatically after the proper voltage returns.
The relay can be powered with voltage up to 450V~. This allows effective protection of the receiver even if the voltage rises above the acceptable standards. The device is protected against the change of polarity of the power supply - this will not damage ("burn") the relay.
