With a pass-through channel for the current wire of the receiver. Priority relays are used, among others, when there are at least two high-power receivers connected to the current circuit, which can operate independently, and their simultaneous operation would cause tripping of current protection. The relay is used in systems where priority circuits have a load capacity greater than 16 A. The device has a pass-through channel for the receiver's current cable (max Ø= 4 mm), which is galvanically separated from the relay's measurement system.
Operation: The potentiometer is used to set the value of current consumption in the priority circuit, above which the relay disconnects the non-priority circuit. A decrease in current consumption in the priority circuit below the set threshold value will automatically switch on the non-priority circuit. If the priority load is already switched on, the relay will prevent the non-priority load from being switched on.
Note: The current of the priority load can be higher than 15 A. It is limited only by the cross-section of the current-carrying wire of the receiver (separated from the measurement system) threaded through the passage channel of the relay. In the case of direct connection, the current of the non-priority receiver can also not exceed 16 A. If the current of the non-priority receiver exceeds the value of 16 A, an additional contactor must be used.
