CKF-BR phase sequence and phase loss sensor
CKF-BR
With adjustable voltage asymmetry trip threshold. 1 x NO/NC contact.
The phase sequence and phase loss sensor is designed to protect electric motors supplied from a three-phase network in cases of voltage loss in at least one phase or voltage asymmetry between phases, threatening to destroy the motor, and to protect the direction of motor rotation in case of phase change in front of the sensor.

Operation
A voltage loss in at least one phase of any phase or voltage asymmetry between phases above the trip threshold will cause the motor to shut down. The shutdown will occur with a delay of 4 s, which prevents accidental disconnection of the motor during a momentary voltage drop. Reconnection will occur automatically when the voltage rises by 5 V above the trip voltage (i.e., by the voltage hysteresis value). With the above anomalies, it is impossible to start the motor. In the case of a change in the order of the phases in front of the sensor causing an undesirable change in the direction of rotation of the motor, the sensor will not allow the motor to start. Reconnection is possible after the return of the correct phase order.
