Temperature controller is used to control heating and ventilation equipment to maintain a constant ambient temperature.

How RT-827 temperature controller works

Until the desired ambient temperature is reached, the relay contact is in position 11-12 (red LED lit) and the heating device is switched on. When the desired temperature is reached, the contact switches to position 10-11 and the heating device is switched off, or the ventilation device is switched on (red LED goes off). A drop in temperature by the hysteresis value will again switch on the heating device (contacts 11-12 are closed), until the set temperature is reached.
