Digital input expansion module, with MODBUS RTU output, 1 module
- Digital input expansion module, with MODBUS RTU output, 1 module
Digital input expansion module, with MODBUS RTU output, 1 module
Functions:
- 4 independent inputs
- input adapted to work with AC/DC signals
- choice of state 1 triggering option: high or low voltage level
- choice of option to trigger state 1: closing or opening of the input circuit
- time filter, allowing to set the minimum acceptable length of the input signal (elimination of input noise)
Operation:
The MR-DI-4 expansion module has 4 inputs. It has configurable options for activating the inputs (TRUE value) with a low (0 V) or high (V+) signal and closing or opening the input signal circuit. The time filter is used to eliminate interference (false pulses) that may occur at the input. It is a setting for the minimum length of time an input signal will be seen at the input and treated as a change of state. Shorter signals are ignored.
The reading of the input status and the setting of all communication and data exchange parameters are carried out through the RS-485 port using the MODBUS RTU communication protocol. Power on is signaled by the lighting of the green U LED. Correct data exchange between the module and the other device is signaled by the illumination of the yellow LED Tx.
